Booking & payment
How do I book an apartment?
Choose your dates on the apartment page and send a booking request, or message us on WhatsApp and we will check availability for you. We usually reply quickly in English, Russian and Arabic.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept three methods: cash on arrival (AED or USD), all major debit and credit cards, and crypto. You can pay at the property, but the stay must be paid in full before you are given access to the apartment.
Is there a security deposit or a cleaning fee?
Some apartments have a refundable security deposit and a one-time cleaning fee. The exact amounts, in UAE dirhams, are shown on each apartment page before you book.
Can I see prices in my own currency?
Our prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Use the currency switcher at the bottom of any page to show prices in another currency, and the converter next to it for a quick RUB, USD and AED calculation.
Do you offer rates for longer stays?
Yes — if you are planning a longer stay, message us on WhatsApp with your dates and we will send you our best rate.
Your stay
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need to arrive earlier or leave later, message us — we will do our best when the calendar allows.
What do I need for check-in?
Holiday homes in Dubai must register every guest with the Department of Economy and Tourism, so we will ask for a copy of each guest’s passport or Emirates ID before arrival.
What is included in the apartment?
Every home is fully equipped, with a real kitchen, washing machine, fresh linens and towels, and is cleaned to hotel standards before you arrive. The full list of amenities is on each apartment page.
Where are the apartments?
Our homes are in some of Dubai's best neighbourhoods — including Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR) and Dubai Marina, close to the beach, The Walk and the Dubai Tram. Each listing shows its exact area on the map.
Getting here & help
Do you offer airport pick-up and drop-off?
Not at the moment, unfortunately. We suggest downloading the Uber or Careem apps before you travel — they are very handy for arriving and leaving, and for getting around during your stay.
